Four product families — scrunchies and hair ties, headbands, hair clips, and phone charms — combined into 3, 4 and 6-piece sets. Every set is delivered in a rigid magnetic gift box with a velvet or EVA insert, dust pouch and printed card. The 48-set minimum is counted per order, not per style: you can mix 3, 4 and 6-piece sets, different styles and different colours inside the same carton.
The full vanity box: 2 scrunchies, 1 padded headband, 2 hair clips and 1 phone charm — a complete shelf-ready gift that photographs well for e-commerce and retail.

A sample is made in 4–7 days — it is assembled and packed by hand, not pulled off a shelf. Express then takes 3–5 days, so allow 7–12 days door to door. Add 7–10 days if you want your logo on the box. Sample freight is not included in the sample price — the express bill is on your account, quoted by destination and weight before anything ships.

Custom Logo Box
In a gift set, the box carries half the perceived value. We do not buy it in: four box styles and six branding methods are handled by our own packaging department, two doors from the assembly line.

It is a design file, not a sample: your logo rendered on the actual box, front and lid. The mock-up itself costs nothing — you pay per box only once you approve it, and freight is quoted separately.

About the Factory
MARCELY started in 1998 as a small hair-accessory workshop in Yiwu, Zhejiang — a few streets away from what is today the world's largest small-commodity market. Today we run a 3,200 m² facility with our own tooling room, dyeing and finishing line, hand-assembly bench and packaging department, which is why a gift-box set here is a single production flow, not a chain of subcontractors.
Because the box is part of the product, we never outsourced it. Your logo, your insert colour and your printed card are produced in the same building as the scrunchies and clips, so a change on Monday can still be on the line on Tuesday.
We work with importers, distributors, retail chains, Amazon and Shopify brands, and gift companies running seasonal programmes. Whether you need 48 sets to test a market or 50,000 for a holiday campaign, the process is the same — and so is the person answering your messages.

Ask by email48 sets per order for stock designs packed in our own box — and you can mix styles, sizes and colours to reach that number. 100 sets per style if you want your logo on the gift box, because a stamping die or printing plate has to be made. Fully custom designs start at 200 sets per style.
Yes — this is most of our work. Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, printed sleeves, custom velvet colours, printed thank-you cards, branded pouches and hangtags. We send a digital mock-up before any tooling is cut, and a physical prototype before mass production.
A sample is made in 4–7 days, then the courier takes 3–5 days, so allow 7–12 days door to door. If you want your logo on the box, allow 7–10 days for the sample itself. Mass production is 15–25 days depending on quantity and finishing, up to 30 days for heavy handwork. We send photos at every stage.
Fabrics are satin, silk-feel polyester, grosgrain, velvet and knit elastic. Hard parts use cellulose acetate, resin, ABS or zinc alloy. Finishes are gold-tone, silver-tone, rose gold, gunmetal, pearlised or matte paint. Everything can be supplied nickel-free and lead-free, REACH and CPSIA compliant, with EN71 testing for children's lines.
Yes, and we recommend it. A stock sample is free of charge and is made in 4–7 days, but the courier is not included — you pay the express bill, and we quote it by destination and weight before dispatch (DHL, FedEx or your own forwarder account). If the sample carries your logo, a sampling fee applies and is fully refunded against your first bulk order; freight stays on your account either way.
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T before production and 70% balance against inspection photos, before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Trade terms can be EXW, FOB Ningbo or DDP to your door.
We do. We can apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag with suffocation warnings, and prepare cartons to Amazon's requirements, then ship directly to the fulfilment centre. The same applies to most 3PL warehouses in the US and Europe.
